Zero to Hero Day 6: Publish a Post That Includes a New Element

Today’s Assignment: publish a post that includes a new-to-you element.

I use this blog to write about anime reviews, so the elements that I usually use are images (mostly screenshots I take while watching the anime) and videos from YouTube. When I read today’s assignment, I was stuck for a while, unsure what I should post about. Hence, I read the list of possible elements to be used and saw “Embed a tweet”. Even so, I had no idea which tweet to embed until I logged in to Twitter and looked at my “Following” list. There, I found the account of one of my favourite YouTube singers, Tiffany Alvord, who often posts quotes on her Twitter and Instagram accounts.

past

I think that many of us have regrets of not doing something we should have done in the past. Also, we might often look back and wonder, “Why did I do that?”. Yet, all that was the past. Even if we want to change things, it cannot be done. We’re living in the present, so make good use of it. Even though it can be difficult, forget about the past, and focus on the present. Move on, and don’t do anything that you will regret in the future.

So, that’s Day 6 of Zero to Hero. It’s a bit strange for me to write about something so deep in my blog, but I love this quote. It was fun trying new elements for today, although I probably won’t be using them in my usual posts. Feel free to leave a comment about what you think!

  1. A new way of looking at past. But if we won’t look back at our past we won’t learn from our mistakes.
